Safe, thorough cleaning for siding, stucco, brick, fascia, soffits, and trim — the service that changes how a home looks from the street.
House washing is not the same job as blasting a driveway. Siding, stucco, painted trim, and soffits need a controlled wash that lifts algae, mildew, mold, pollen, and oxidation without etching the surface or driving water where it does not belong.
That distinction matters in humid markets. Green and black organic growth cling to north walls, shaded elevations, and irrigation-soaked corners. A proper house wash kills and rinses that growth, brightens the elevation, and helps the paint or finish last longer.
A.R.C. Pressure Washing uses the pressure and cleaning solution the material can handle. Soft washing is the default for many home exteriors. Higher pressure stays on surfaces that can take it. The house should look freshly maintained — not stripped, spotted, or scarred.
House washing is often paired with driveway cleaning or a full residential pressure washing package when the rest of the property needs the same reset.
Pressure washing is the broader category. House washing is the home-exterior version of that work, usually with lower pressure and the right detergent so siding and paint are not damaged.
We rinse what the house wash reaches and take care around openings. Dedicated window restoration is a separate conversation if the glass needs more than a rinse.
Shade, trees, and irrigation shorten the interval. Many homes look sharp for a year or more after a thorough wash. A light follow-up is easier than letting growth take over again.
Send a few photos or a quick description of the siding and we will quote house washing clearly.
